1. Warm-up – matching subject pronouns with the correct preterite conjugated verb and the translation in English.
2. Discussion about – ar verbs…we are only using those in the preterite for the time being. Highlighted -ar verbs on sheet from last year and from this year vocab sheets. Underlined verbs that are -car, -gar, and -zar verbs.
3. 20 Questions writing/speaking activity. Collected and will complete later.

1. Warm-up – preterite conjugations and discussion.
2. Homework credit given for completion and shared answers. Talked about Test format and the instructions for each section and strategies to remember to use with various sections.
3. Culture – pp. 28-29, p38 and p. 44 (previous as well as listening and questions and reading) Questions about culture to guide students with the reading and searching for the important information.
4. Individual chromebook practice – Classzone…@home tutor or Conjuguemos…student choice.
