1. Warm-up – Translating sentences from English to Spanish with a focus on verbs – preterite, imperfect and present tenses.
2. Goldilocks and the 3 Bears – clip – listening in Spanish. Discuss which tense is correct and why and conjugating correctly.
3. Clip – la leyenda – listening skills in Spanish and review of the story.
4. Handout – identify if verb is preterite or imperfect and what the reason is – using DUWIT and BE1SInMain from notes.
5. Finish for homework.

1. Warm-up review of vocabulary…..characteristics affirmative and negative and carrers.
2. Practice conjugating present tense verbs – verbs of hope and influence. Then using them to form subjunctive sentences for speaking practice with partner.
3. Listening practice with song. Fill in the blank. (practice for test) and discuss meaning and why the use of subjunctive.
4. Format of test….culture info from textbook posted on Classroom.
5. Careers and characteristics from yesterday discussed – practice for test.
6. Kahoot – review for test tomorrow.
7. Test tomorrow.
